Bumpers

The image wasn’t created for Island Records.
It began life as a screen‑printed poster, produced in multiple colorways, and sold on London's King’s Road, — part of that late‑60s/early‑70s London street‑culture scene where fashion, graphics, and music all blended together.
Island saw the poster and bought the rights to use it as the album cover.
